Hi, my name is Tessa and I've been asked to walk in a fashion show to collect donations for the girls golf program and the school education foundation.

I joined golf as a freshman because I wanted to be in a fall sport, and I'm so glad I did. Throughout the program, I've learned to golf and made great friendships. We've had so much fun traveling to matches and competing together. One of my favorite memories is from our costume match, where we all got to dress up in fun outfits and play golf. After matches, we often stopped for ice cream or frozen custard, which was a great way to bond as a team.

The girls golf program has taught me so much more than just how to play golf. It's taught me the importance of teamwork, sportsmanship, and perseverance. I've also learned how to deal with disappointment and setbacks. These are all valuable life skills that I'll carry with me beyond high school and into college and adulthood.

The school education foundation also plays an important role in our school community. They support a variety of programs and initiatives that enhance student learning and achievement. For example, the foundation provides funding for field trips, classroom supplies, and teacher training.
